A high-end residential building with a duplex penthouse on the top floor. The zigzag facade provides sufficient privacy for the residence's lap pool and allows adequate natural light. A green wall runs parallel to the lap pool, extending from the first floor to the third. The residential apartment comprises a duplex on the third and fourth floors and a single flat on the first and second floors. The building is a very site-specific building, as the position of opening and windows are the sides facing the road to get in maximum light and ventilation,n and the other sides have small windows to bring in enough light
